“Les Courcelles” was designed to blend seamlessly into its urban context, drawing inspiration from the surrounding brick façades, irregular alignments, and traditional carriage porches typical of the neighborhood. Built on two unified lots, the project explores the idea of the “Courcelle” — intimate courtyard-like spaces that organize the home and create connections between light, nature, and living areas. Through a careful balance of contemporary interventions and preserved architectural elements, the residence offers a refined dialogue between heritage and modern living.
